Who is responsible

North Line Gaming is responsible for this site. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, withdrawals of consent or complaints, contact [email protected].

What we collect

At present, the site does not operate visitor accounts or public comments. If you contact us by email, we receive the information in your message. When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your first name, email address, and the date and version of your explicit consent. Sign-ups are stored privately. We do not publish subscriber details or store them in the public website files. These services may process information outside Canada under the laws applicable to their processing locations.

Advertising

When Google AdSense is active, advertisements may appear beside or after articles for visitors in Canada, the United States and Mexico

How information is used

We use contact information only to respond to the request that prompted it, or for a newsletter only where you have expressly opted in. We do not sell subscriber information or use it for unrelated marketing without consent. If you permit ads, Google and its advertising partners process the advertising data described above.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or information about personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Before newsletter campaigns begin, every campaign will include an unsubscribe method and the required sender identification. We will respond through the email address above.

Children

The site is for a general gaming audience and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when the site’s practices change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is made.
